There will be a message box asking if you would like to install a collection of standard effects, click Yes.Press Select Game and navigate to your Metro Last Light Redux installation folder then select Metro.exe.After downloading run the program ReShade_Setup.exe.Reshade preset to get rid of the blur and make the game look better.
